Margarita

2 oz tequila
1/2 ounce Cointreau (or equivalent)
1/2 lime juice

Shake with ice. Strain into glass with a salt rim.

Tequila Daisy

2 oz tequila
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Splash of Club Soda

Shake with ice. Strain.

Tequila Sunrise

2 oz tequila
3 dashes of grenadine
1/2 oz lime juice (and half a rind)
1/2 tsp creme de cassis
Club Soda

Combine all ingredients in glass with ice except for Club Soda. Top with Club Soda.

Pina Borracha

2 cups of pineapple, chopped
2 cups tequila

Marinate for 24 hours and strain.

4 cups strawberries
2 cups tequila

Hull strawberries and cut in half. Add tequila, seal and refrigerate for 3 weeks. Strain.

Bonus: Para Mis Amigos (Original Creation)

2 oz tequila
1/2 oz lime juice
4 fresh strawberries
Tamarind Jarritos Soda

Muddle strawberries in shaker. Add tequila and lime and shake with ice. Strain into cocktail glass and top with Tamarind Jarritos.
