Although served at a Don the Beachcomber’s in Hollywood, this drink is actually a creation of Tony Ramos, the head bartender, circa 1960s. Post depature by Donn Beach to Waikiki. Featuring a familiar batch of flavors to the tiki palette, this is another drink that just hits the right note. I’m not always a fan of slushy cocktails but this one does it well and differentiates it from some of other cocktails on the list.
