I mean the name says it all. But this dish still makes it onto the list. Easy to execute and full of flavour, perfect for a week night dinner.
1 lb spaghetti
3 onions, chopped
1 lb mushrooms, chopped
3 cups canned tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb Italian sausage (Hot or Sweet to preference), chopped
4 black olives, chopped
- Sautee sausage with onions until fully browned.
- Add mushrooms and tomatoes and cook down for about 20 minutes.
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain.
- Add olives to sauce. Mix everything together in a baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
